NCB recognizes the importance of Green building, also known as a sustainable project. We can help you set sustainable goals within our Project Management/Planning team to prepare a cost and benefit analysis to accomplish your goals.

Currently NCB is constructing 2 Green/Sustainable Projects in Colorado:

The first project site is located within the Town of Fairplay along a stretch of the South Platte River. It will consist of a pedestrian bridge and trail that will provide non-motorized travel through the Town and the bridge will connect the downtown part of Fairplay with the residential area. This project is estimated to be completed July 5, 2010.

The Second project NCB recently completed for the City of Englewood. NCB constructed a new Zuni sidewalk including the curb and gutter totaling approximately 4 blocks for the City of Englewood. NCB broke ground on March 12, 2010.
