NCB managed the construction of the Clock Tower Storage located in Aurora, CO. This project includes the site development and construction of an 80,000 square foot storage facility. There are a total of nine buildings. Two buildings are climate controlled. The project includes a 40’ tall clock tower and a 4,000 square foot office and residence. Security Items include individual door alarms, security cameras, and an auto gate with coded keypads. The estimated cost of this project is over $2,300,000.
